Scott has dedicated the last 19 years of his life to the art of cooking, possessing experience in all aspects of the culinary art. After receiving his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993, Scott honed his expertise through the development and execution of upscale wine dinners, seasonal a la carte menus, high end catering events, and overall business operations. Throughout his career, Scott has continued to electrify his prominent client base with one-of-a-kind culinary creations.
